Scope: Preparation of the North Aegean River Basin Management Plan for the protection and planning of surface waters and ground waters, including coastal waters, excluding seas, in a holistic approach in the North Aegean Basin. With the North Aegean River Basin Management Plan, it is aimed to bring all surface and groundwater in the basin to a good condition.

REFERENCE MONITORING NETWORK INSTALLATION OF TURKEY PROJECT
Administration: General Directorate of Water Management
Scope: river in 25 basins in Turkey, lakes, transitional waters and coastal waters Reference field and the aim of establishing the monitoring and evaluation of performed works reference monitoring network in 25 basins determine the reference point representing this area and to identify transitional water bodies in Turkey.

1. Identifying candidate reference areas and monitoring these areas for 1 period
2. Determining potential reference areas according to the results of the monitoring and monitoring these areas for 2 more periods
3. Determining the final reference areas according to the monitoring results and establishing reference networks for each biological quality component
GÖKÇE DAM LAKE BASIN WATER QUALITY MONITORING REFERENCE POINTS DETERMINATION AND MODELING PROJECT

Scope: Yalova province, within the boundaries of Termal district and Yalova province; Gökçe Dam Lake, from which drinking and utility water is supplied to the city center, Çınarcık, Çiftlikköy and Altınova districts, İpek Kağıt Factory, Aksa Fiber Factory and Tersan Shipyard Facility, protect the water resources feeding the dam, and evaluate the characteristics of the source and the basin with scientific studies, Determining the social, economic, physical, geological, hydrogeological, hydromorphological, ecological and chemical characteristics of the Gökçe Dam Lake Basin based on scientific data in order to protect and improve the water quality and quantity of the Gökçe Dam Lake Basin based on scientific data. and Modeling ”work.

BASIN MONITORING AND DETERMINATION OF REFERENCE POINTS PROJECT-SAKARYA RIVER BASIN

1. Water quality and water level are measured twice a year in groundwater, and water quality once a year and biological monitoring once a year in seasonal periods.
2. Monitoring of water 4 times a year and biological quality elements once a year in 3-month periods at coastal-crossing waters monitoring points,
3. Instant flow measurement at all monitoring points
4. Preserving the samples and transporting them to the laboratory and making physicochemical, chemical and biological analyzes,
5. The results of the analysis include SEA and Sister Directives, Water Pollution Control Regulation, Regulation on Quality of Surface Water Obtained and Planned to Be Obtained, Regulation on Protection of Ground Water Against Pollution and Degradation, Regulation on Control of Pollution Caused by Hazardous Substances in Water and its Environment Evaluation according to the Swimming Water Quality Regulation and other relevant legislation,
6. Creating Water Pollution Maps by transferring all collected data and evaluation results to the Geographical Information Systems (GIS) environment,
7. Preparing and submitting the obtained data and evaluation results to the Administration in 3-month periods as "Interim Reports".
BASIN MONITORING AND DETERMINATION OF REFERENCE POINTS PROJECT-GEDIZ RIVER BASIN
Administration: General Directorate of Water Management
Scope: Article 8 of the Water Framework Directive (WFD) (2000/60 / EC) at points determined by the Abrogated Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs in the Gediz River Basin, surface (river, lake, transitional water, coastal water) and groundwater. Within the scope of Annex-5, the physicochemical, chemical, biological and hydromorphological quality elements of the mentioned water bodies were monitored observationally and the data flow was obtained.
The steps taken within the scope of the project are given below.
Project steps:
1.Measuring water quality and water level twice a year in groundwater, and biological monitoring 4 times a year and once a year in 3-month periods seasonally,
2. Monitoring of water and biological quality elements once a year, 4 times a year in 3-month periods, seasonally at coastal-transitional waters monitoring points,
3. Instant flow measurement during water and biological sampling at all monitoring points,
4. Preserving the samples and transporting them to the laboratory and making physicochemical, chemical and biological analyzes,
5. Water Framework Directive and Sister Directives, Water Pollution Control Regulation, Regulation on Quality of Surface Water Obtained and Planned to be Obtained Drinking Water, Regulation on Protection of Ground Water Against Pollution and Degradation, Control of Pollution Caused by Hazardous Substances in Water and its Environment Regulation, Swimming Water Quality Regulation and other relevant legislation,
6. Creating Water Pollution Maps by transferring all collected data and evaluation results to the Geographical Information Systems (GIS) environment,
7. The data obtained and the evaluation results are prepared in 3-month periods in the form of "Interim Reports" and submitted to the Administration.
WATER QUALITY MONITORING PROJECT IN AKARÇAY BASIN
Administration: General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works
Scope: Within the scope of Water Quality Monitoring Project in Akarçay Basin; Within the framework of the Basin Monitoring Program prepared in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulation on Monitoring of Surface and Groundwater" in the basin, the parameters that could not be analyzed by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works in accordance with the national legislation, and in accordance with the national legislation in river and lake waters, Taking samples from the surveillance monitoring and protected area monitoring points given within the scope of the project, measuring and analyzing the physicochemical and chemical, biological and hydromorphological parameters requested in the Technical Specification of the project, evaluating and reporting all monitoring results according to the relevant legislation, DSI SVT-Water Entering the Quality Module with its coordinates on basin basis, ensuring the transfer of data to this system via SVT in case the "National Water Information System" is activated, and determining the methods used / to be used for analysis, making improvements and validations (analysis techniques, development of in-laboratory analysis method) and determining whether infrastructure strengthening is required for the Administration and the Region according to the analysis results. In addition, thanks to the evaluation and implementation studies to be carried out within the scope of the project; It is aimed to determine the current status of the Administration and Regional infrastructures, to make short, medium and long term plans, to determine the vehicles, devices, consumables, tools and equipment that will / may be required in the following periods.

Scope: Within the scope of Water Quality Monitoring Project in Yeşilırmak Basin;

PREPARATION OF WATER QUALITY REPORT UNDER ISTANBUL POTABLE WATER AND SEWERAGE MASTER PLAN

Scope: Determining the water quality of existing and potential water resources and streams feeding the resources, evaluating the use of these resources and making suggestions for measures to improve their quality.
Within the scope of the study, Turkish and European Union Legislations were put forward; Previous studies were examined; The physical and socioeconomic characteristics of the project area were determined; Pollutant sources in drinking water sources were determined; General limnological characteristics of existing potable water reservoirs and water quality conditions and odor conditions determined by field studies are given. Water quality classes of existing and potential potable water resources have been determined according to the relevant legislation. In the report, recommendations for measures are presented to improve the condition of water resources or to maintain their good condition. In addition, recommendations were made on the establishment of a water quality monitoring program in existing and potential potable water resources.
ÇUBUK-2 AND KAVŞAKKAYA DAM PROTECTION PLAN AND SPECIAL PROVISION DETERMINATION PROJECT

Scope: It is the arrangement of the plans for determining the protection areas and protection principles, and the procedures and principles regarding other works and procedures, taking into account the characteristics of Çubuk 2 and Kavşakkaya Potable Water Dam Basins.

BOTAŞ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED BAKU-TBILIS-CEYHAN CRUDE OIL PIPELINE PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Administration: BOTAŞ International General Directorate
Scope: Within the scope of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Project, on the pipeline route; Pump stations in Ardahan, Erzurum, Erzincan and Sivas provinces (PT1, PT2, PT3 and PT4), pressure reduction and pig station (IPT1) in Kahramanmaraş, pig station in Kars province (IPT2) and Ceyhan in Adana Monitoring water discharges and groundwater resources at the Marine Terminal (CMT) within the scope of operational period environmental monitoring and consultancy services.
