"Data Supervisor" within the scope of KVK Law; Çınar Engineering Consultancy Inc.

In order to ensure security and order in our company, CCTV (Closed Circuit Monitoring System) records your camera records and access to the internet provided to you by our institution upon your request, with these recording activities, personal data processing is carried out to monitor guest entrances and access.

 

With this text, we aim to fulfill our obligation to inform you about the purposes, legal bases and rights of your personal data arising from Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" numbered 6698.

 

For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed and Transferred

 

Your personal data may be processed by Çınar Engineering Consultancy Inc., within the scope of personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVK Law No.6698, for the purposes of ensuring security and public order in our campus, managing access records, and fulfilling our obligations arising from the legislation.

Your processed personal data can be transferred to legally authorized persons and parties within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law No. 6698.

 

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

 

Your personal data is collected by Çınar Engineering Consultancy Inc. in accordance with our company principles and due to our legal responsibility as a data controller, based on our legitimate interests, establishment, protection and use of the right, and the reasons.

Your personal data collected in this process; With the closed circuit monitoring system in electronic environment, if provided, it is collected by our institution at the location of Çınar Engineering Consultancy Inc. through your access to the internet or within the scope of the information you provide verbally.

Your personal data collected by these methods can be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of 6698 KVK Law.

 

Rights of the Related Person whose Data is Collected and Processed

 

Your rights are defined in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law;

a) Learning whether their personal data is being processed,

b) To request information if personal data has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

d) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

e) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,

g) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

h) To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ı) In case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
